Progress Takes Time

Love cannot be contained. It shoots out from all of us faster than anything imaginable. It radiates out and penetrates everything and everyone we come into contact with, regardless of what we may think of them. We are all the same on the inside. We are all made up out of the same thing. Love is natural & automatic. Let it flow freely.

Relax my dear all is well. I know progress feels slow right now, but things are moving quickly than they seem. It won't be too long I promise. Stay patient and a heavy burden will soon be lifted. Take care of yourself, let us take care of the rest. You've done a great job - be proud of yourself. Remember, you're not crazy. I know that sometimes we expect immediate results, but sometimes it just doesn't work that way, it is not instant. I promise you, you won't feel flat-lined for much longer. I know you feel like you are ready this time. You have learned the tools that you needed to and now you'll get the chance to put them to good use.

Even if the truth is different than how you feel - what you felt, those feelings themselves were real, regardless of anything else. That, in a way, makes it real in its own unique way.
